Hello @julielau57 ,

Did you mistakenly set your phone into DND (Do Not Disturb) mode?

  • Try toggling into airplane mode, then back to regular mode.
  • Network RESET, yes, do this, it would not hurt. This is good to do for network issues anyway.
  • Can you try your SIM into another compatible device to see if the same thing happens?

@julielau57   Voice on PM is running on 3G so just want you to confirm if setting on 3G only would solve your incoming calls trouble.

Data on LTE should be better in terms of latency.  However, the PM capped the speed at 3Mpbs so it is possible 3G Only could give you a better speed (but worse latency)

You can test it out.

thanks again @hTideGnow

Would this have any impact on my data speeds?

@julielau57   Try switching to 3G Only

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select Mobile Data.
  3. Select Mobile Data Options.
  4. Select Voice & Data.
  5. To enable 3G, select 3G.

Let it stays like this for a day and see if voice call still going to voicemail

Also, outgoing calls and mobile data are both working without issue?

Another thing to check is to confirm the network coverage in your area.

@julielau57   did it just happen lately?  or have been like this for some time?

What kind of phone do you have?  did you just change to this phone?

Which city and province you are at?

Try changing to "3G Only" for couple days and see if that helps
