Calling the United States

Our plan did not include USA calling. About an hour ago I purchased US calling and texting (10 day package for $20.00). Now when I try to call, I get a message that there is no available minutes. Any idea why I still can't call the US?

In the meantime, you could buy the 1000 minute and make those calls and then the support people can just credit your account back and remove the roaming add-on.

You bought incorrect add on. You bought US add-on to be used FROM the USA. You need 1000 US minutes to call USA.

You need the 1000 minute add-on. You bought roaming. That's for when you're in the states. Contact the support people to switch it around.
