Hi all. I'm trying to prove that I called someone about six months ago. Without phone records it's he-said she-said. Is there any way to get access to this info? I found some old forum posts that said you could but it seems that maybe the feature has been removed.

PM provides only 90 days of usage history.
You can ask agent if they have access to longer period.
But your phone should keep all call history, correct? I can see calls made/received back to Sep 2020.

HI @phonemonkey
No, you can only get up to 90 days of usage record
of course, you can try to open ticket with CS agent, but I highly doubt they will help
just in case you want to try , to open ticket
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
