While a network outage is a possiblity, it wouldn't affect communications coming from certain people.

@Mf11  Did you just join PM and try to port number in ? Did your reply YES to confirmation text from old provider ? I’ll send you porting team number private message . And they can re trigger the port request for you . If that’s not the issue and you need support here’s a direct link to them
