you can go back to the post, click the down arrow on the top right and Edit Reply and then you can remove it

 

update: An Oracle has removed both numbers for you already

Contact a CS_Agent to investigate your overcharge.

Also, check with your sons if they replied the text with YES because their data has run out.

If you replied to the text…this could be the reason for the extra charge.

To stop future charges when your sons get the text again. Reply to the text with STOP.

Also, DON’T reverse charge on your CC or you will be Blacklisted and will need to pay their monthly bills with vouchers for one year before you can be back on AutoPay.

I tried creating a ticket but am getting an error message each time.  I have 2 accounts, for numbers: (###) ###-#### and (###) ###-#### (my 2 sons).  I got charged for both accounts this month but also got charged a 3rd time for $34.50.  Should I call my MC?

What do you mean - by mistake? Charge could be pending. Are you PM customer?

If you still have issue with your payment create a ticket or send a direct note to agent.

PM agents do not reply on requests posted in Community.

@Christian002  This is a forum full of customers like you . Is this charge just pending by any chance ? Is so it should fall off . If you need support you have to private message them
