I accidentally bought a 3GB addon I'd like to remove. The ticket system is giving me a 404. Any help?

The Customer Support Agent will rarely if ever contact you, you always have to be the first one to reach out to them, make sure you've sent them a message from one of the links provided from @Handy1 or @hTideGnow and you'll get an email once they've responded.
Add-ons can usually be refunded if Purchased in error.

@TOLTSF There’s a slow delay and response from support today . But try this direct link to support to hopefully they can reverse it for you
