CPO phone offer

Hi,

I purchased a new CPO phone on October 11. Received it on October 13 - thanks.

 

I got the email on October 12 about the promotion offering $5 off the phone plan for 6 months. Technically, I bought the phone 1 day early, but what can I do to be eligible for the offer (besides returning the phone an re-purchasing it)?

Couldn’t see how to edit my post so this is the update. 

as the 2 replies said, start by asking an agent. First agent was nice but not very helpful: agreed I should buy another phone and return the first one. So I did. Second agent (to arrange return after getting 2nd phone) said she could make the promotion happen using the first phone- no need to return and repurchase. That was no longer an option since I had 2 phones at that time.

 

so it can be done but depends on the knowledge level of the agent you get.

Just contact a CS_Agent about the promo and recent phone purchase.

They are normally very good and give you a credit on your account.

Private message them on envelope icon above or create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of page.

@Brian_79 Hi contact customer service they may give you the promo if not you may have to send it back like you say and start over mention it to them see if that helps change thier mind
