Can any tell me if I can use my business credit card to pre-authorized my bill?? I currently unable to do so. Thank you

The above isn't correct. Public Mobile does not check, nor does it ask for the name/business name linked to the credit card.

technical yes, PM does not care if it is personal or business credit card

Try to wait an hour and then use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and try again
