HOW DO I CONTACT PUBLIC MOBILE??????? LIKE OMG THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST ANNOYING METHOD EVER.

@Twig_man .. clearly the public mobile platform works.. 4 replies from very knowledgeable members within an hour.. I’m sure if you elaborate on your issue a solution will be offered

Yes they do want to communicate with you but using a different format…private messaging once you can contact them by Creating a Ticket through SIMon Chatbot or pm them.

If you have an issue, you can tell us and it is possible we can come with sound advice.
If it is account related then only agent can help you. PM does not have 'live' support; everything is done through personal mail trough Community.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.

Public Mobile has not had a call center for ages. The support model has since been members helping members (community forum) with CSA support for account related matter.

Man, no worry, they want to talk to you. Just need to open ticket. They will message you back, can work out the issue via message. Or in some case, they will invite you for online chat.
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
