Hi - I wanted to buy US data add on but accidentally purchased 3 gb Canada data. Please help

What plan do you currently have? It might be a better deal to switch to the US/Canada roaming plan for a month rather than buying a US Roaming add on but check for VOLTE first as @hairbag1 mentioned otherwise you may need to download textnow for easier calling in the US.

@AnuragGautam: Just make sure until you contact the service agent (as Handy1 pointed out), not to use your add-on. If you do use it, then the chances of refunding is slim. If you already have data in your plan then you are good as the plan data will be used first before the add-on data. However if you don't have plan data or the plan data is going to be finished soon, then I would suggest turning off data in your phone so that you don't use the add-on.

edited...if you plan on using the talk add-on in US..

to be able to use the talk portion of the 15 Day US Roaming add-on...it's best if you have a cellphone that has volte activated...otherwise you're stuck with calls made over 2G. Before going to US, test to see if your cell has volte turned on. Turn OFF your wifi, and dial a phone number. Watch to see if the call stays on LTE ...OR ...drops to 3G.
