Attempted to change my subscription to Black Friday 45/mo, 40/mo on 3 month subscription. However this deal doesn’t come up in my “Change Subscription” options. How do I get it?

Are you a Quebec customer?  This plan is available only for Quebec residents.

Have you tried to change it online or on the app? I find using the app easier for me. Can you also post the link here to show us what plan. There have been a few folks having the same issues. Public Mobile posts plans that aren't actually plans. It's very frustrating. 

Edit: @Arbutus47 Make sure at the top of the page you pick the province you live in. You can not get plans from any other province.
