You can view your rewards on the PM app under the Rewards tab.
Unfortunately, you will receive the 10 points on the day after your annual date and not each month.
We all agree that PM should have grandfathered all Legacy Rewards members but they decide to switch the Rewards perk to all members. 😢

I have not been ignoring the notifications/notices. I just think they are unwelcomed changes. Now, I have to wait to accumulate 15 points to get $15 off my bill. In the meantime I'm paying $8 more. I get 1 point per referral. How can I see that in my rewards? 10 points for every year I'm with PM, is that each month? Why didn't they leave well enough alone?

I guess you have been ignoring all the notices from PM about the switch to the Points Rewards for all existing members.
You will need to connect 15 points for a $15 credit off your bill based on 5% in points of your monthly bill. No points for AutoPay but you will get 1 point/referral and 10 points for every year you are with PM.

The old rewards program has been shut down and you will now be paying full price for your plan instead of receiving automatic monthly bill discounts for loyalty, autopay and referrals. You have been automatically switched over to the new points-based reward program, which will have you paying more.
