I was double billed when subscribing due to error. How do I talk to an agent get this rectified?

Hello @Adamsday1989 

First and foremost, please contact your credit card company and confirm this is actually a double charge and not a "charge" + "Pending". This misdiagnosis happens often.  If it is just a "pending" then it's all good. If it's actually a double charge, then a link to the CS Agent has already been provided below.

I'm quite often seeing that if I type just a few words that the reply doesn't get posted. What more words are needed to say contact support here and then the link. Irritating. Has this changed?

hi @Adamsday1989 first make sure from credit card if one of the two just a pending charge 

if both are posted, then submit ticket with CS agent by messaging

It is better to open a ticket (a link will probably shared with you in the comments by another member) or tap 'Get Help' to solve the problem with a customer support team member. It is generally tackled in an hour or more.
