Hi. I have been with Public for a number of years. Currently my phone is showing”no service” . I put the sim in my iPhone 5 and still no service.

i noticed a problem this am when a text to a non iPhone bounced. I googled a solution and changed the APN . It seemed to work, but now ... nothing,

@Dixonsa1 you might be a victim of a sim swap fraud

@Dixonsa1 based on what you posted  its probably the SIM, since you tested it on another phone. Please log into your self sevice account and choose the change sim option and compare the last 4 digits to the sim card in your phone. The Sims should match. Let us know if they do or don't. Thanks.

It's probably not a bad sim card. More likely, your phone is locked to another carrier. Try connecting a USB cable to your computer and phone to run the iPhone activation process.
