I have referred my friend to Public and he has been on Public for last two month but still I have been waiting for the Referral bonus $ as credit.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page Rewards do you see last 4 digit number from your friend.
if you not showing then your friend need to contact support team by CS_Agent with your refer a friend code to them can check it.

@maroshanpk - has your friend received the $10 reward in their account from using a referral code?
Whether they did or not, your friend is the one that is going to have to submit a ticket to CSA and provide them your referral code to inquire why you have not received your reward (and perhaps theirs too if they did not).

you need a cs agent

edit I have done it before for my neighbour whom I referred but you will need there account info and yours, check your community envelope for a reply
