I have 2 phones, both on autopay on the same card. 1 payment was successful and 1 failed on the same day.Why?

Or perhaps TELUS is trying to alienate customers in an effort to eliminate PM altogether. Not happy.

@justacustomer  then it could be an autopay failure on PM side

yes, Autopay could be glitchy and payment fails occasionally.  😞  We are customers like you to, so some of us have the same issues sometimes

The payment method (NOT A CREDIT CARD) showed only one payment processed. No issue with funds available and manual payment was made with the same method.

@justacustomer  dthe 2 plans have the same payment amounts?

What is the purpose of autopay if I have to make the payment manually?

@justacustomer   for 1 payment went through but failed on the other one, this could be a decline on the credit card side.  CC might see 2 payments and thought they were duplicated.

Try to login My Account on the failed one, click Pay now and resume services
