My account showed an automatic top up which I never requested.  Why did it happen?

I don’t know why you would want a refund since AutoPay will pay for your upcoming plan for continuous service. AutoPay is enabled once you activate your SIM.
If you manually added payment on top of the AutoPay. The extra payment will remain as credit on your account for next month’s payment or submit a ticket for a refund by private message a CS_Agent.

@gchan120

no PM is prepaid provider and do not provide refund.

Only exception is that if you have turned it off and system renew by mistake. If you just ot aware and didn't turn it off, no, PM would not provide refund

Will it pay me back the amount?

@gchan120  when you first setup , at the payment step where you put your credit card, there was a box you need to check and it states clearly that Pre-authorized payments will be turned on for renewal

No worry, you can turn it off now.  Just go to Payment page, Manage Subscription, and you can turn off Subscribed
