@Adaj   Pre-Authorized payment is setup by default. You really need to disable it yourself before your trip

PM is a prepaid service  and won't refund because you didn't disable it yourself

Here is where you can disable it.  Login to My Account, go to Payment page, then click Manage Payment Method

And are you coming back?  Keep in mind, your account will be closed if suspended for 90 days.

So, your account renewed today, assuming you are disabling it , your account will be suspended due to non payment on the next renewal date  Jan 15.    Please remember to renewal before Apr 15 (preferably couple days before in case of any problem) or your account will be permanently closed and you will loss your number

You can login to your account and disable the autopay feature yourself.

PM is a prepaid service so normally there's no refunds but you can ask if want. No guarantee you'll get it though.

Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first, then you can ask them for help.  You'll find the link at the bottom of this page.

Unfortunately autopay (pre-authorized payments)registration is automatic upon activation. You must manually disable it in your payment page of your self serve account. You can contact customer support and plead your case to see if they are willing to suspend up your service and credit your account if you claim ignorance despite checking the box to agree at the payment stage of your activation. If you have a more expensive plan than the $15 plan that's not a promotional plan you are afraid of losing they may be more willing to drop you down to the $15 plan and credit the difference. Prepaid service is always non-refundable but customer support at pm can be accommodating if you ask nicely and it's an honest mistake. Good Luck!
