I forgot to update my new card info and service was cut off. I have since added new info and was wondering if they will take payment automatically or do I need to do it. Also Simon says I have to fill out a form??

@Lynn2 Go into selfserve and hit the re-activate button if your phone is currently not working and your account shows suspended. Otherwise if your status is active and your phone is working there isn't anything else to do.
