Asking me to activate my account even though it is already active

I am trying to get in to my account but it is asking me to set up my account. It’s already set up

Create an Eversafe ID by clicking on Sign Up before login to your account.

@Coopmac  Are you setting up ever safe ID for the first time ? It might be easiest if you just create a new password using same email . To log in . Otherwise contact support to help you regain access
