Hello

the eSIM is not working. I tried to download it with the email and it says it’s not valid. It worked yesterday. And now it’s asking me for PUK. I can’t access any text or calls. Help pls!

Thanks it's working now to msg them 

Once you click on the link, it opens to a message centre. You just have to type and press send

If it's locked to previous network, you need to get ahold of them to provide unlock code. Where did you last use the cellphone ?

if you use this message link to open ticket with PM support, it will work

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

It won't let me submit a ticket keeps doing error
