Area code 825 is in my local calling area but I receive a msg from pm saying that I need a long distance add on to call the number.
Followed the instructions on this old post but it looks like I need a @CS_Agent for help.

Yep if you already tried ignoring the message or addind 1 in front of the number and that doesn't solve the problem, then the mods are needed.
