What are the CS agent hours now adays? I sent a ticket at noon and still no response. 

PM used to be faster response (I was PM years back for many years, now back).

I noticed sometimes they can miss messages, this is an easy thing to do since Multiple Agents seem to work on that same account so if someone marked your message as read it might have slipped away. 

Best bet is to message them again, that's what I always do and it works. 🫡

Tagged their name in a private message and submitted an official ticket via chat bot link. @HALIMACS

Use this option:

To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
