@SonnyHong1966  If you have eSIM in phone settings ensure you have “turn on this line “ toggled on and reboot the phone or reset network settings see if that helps

generally you don't have to do anythi.g.  But make sure Carrier Profile is updated and you have the latest iOS.    And also Reset Network Settings on your phone
