I can't add Canada wide mins. Just wasted another $5 on useless long distance min.

The Canadian long distance minutes ARE Canada wide calling minutes.

was that what you added: "500 min Canada-Wide Long Distance" ? If so, that is the Canada Wide minutes for use to call FROM Canada to any other number in Canada
If there is any problem, can you login to My Account, and confirm if you see $5 showing up as Available fund on the top?
Also, send us a screenshot of the Overivew Tab -> My Data & Add-ons and we can confirm if you got the correct add-on

I believe you bought correct add-on. There is no other $5 Canada add-on but Canada-wide Long Distance!
Unless you bought $5 200MB Data...

If you want extra Canada minutes this is the one you need to buy.
It's two steps to buy an add-on.

@Bobbert65 , please elaborate further on what you mean? Do you see funds in your account? The add-on minutes purchase is a two step process. If funds are in the account you should be able to go back to the add-on purchase step and buy the minutes with account funds.
