@ Added add on by mistake

I added 3 GB data by mistake, I wanted to add 3GB US instead.  Now I don’t know how to get reimbursed.  I will never use it up, I don’t use up the data with the plan I am on.  I tried contacting Customer Service but get an error code.  Please help.

you can try to submit a ticket with PM and ask them to change back to a different addon, they usually would help if it is early enough

While you're waiting for a reply, can you look at the add-on in your add-on list and tell us the red number of days for that add-on?
