Will i be embursed for double charges and the fact that it didn't kick in until 2 days later.I paid 15 bucks on June 9th and then 30 bucks on the 10th.

would you please provide some added detail..when you said "it didn't kick in until 2 days later"...did the add-on eventually work ? What state were you in using the add-on ? Did talk / text and data work for you after 2 days ?

So we can make recommendation to others...comment on your experience with the roaming add-ons.

@Dunk   PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund

however, if it is a system issue like that, usually support are understanding and will help to reverse the transaction
