Hi..

I purchased an add on yesterday morning and it's been 24hrs and it's still not been activated.  Ticket has been submitted...

Did I miss something I should have done?

@BJ69  .maybe first try rebooting the phone and log in again incognito / private mode see if they makes any difference , if not and you have already been charged please submit ticket with support to investigate for you

@BJ69 what add-on did you get?? just in case it is cache issue, try login My Account using Incognito mode again and check

for ticket with PM support, did you check the community inbox for their reply.  *f no reply yet, message support again

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
