I purchased the US Talk, text and data add on. I can text but I cannot call. I keep getting the call failed message immediately.

what phone do you have? iPhone or Android?
Generally, go to Settings, Mobile screen and change Network from Automatic to Manual and wait for T-Mobile to come and select it

Do you know if you have a VoLTE compatible phone? Which model phone do you have?
With the decommissioning of the 3G network in the US, have a VoLTE phone is important to get better calling feature. If you don't have VoLTE phone, then try T mobile 2G network if available

@Ruthie64 , are you connected to T-Mobile or AT&T? Manually connect to T-Mobile & see if it helps? If not try AT&T.
