The Bravo was for helping me choose LTE but it still doesn't work

It still doesn't work

@Jack_G1  I have a choice of LTE AND 3G AND VoLTE

Is VoLTE enabled?   The US roaming add-ons last 15 days from time of purchase, so you're within that time?  You've marked the problem as solved, so you have it working now?

I have a choice of LTE AND 3G AND VoLTE

@Jack_G1 try both networks again with network mode change to 4G or LTE

Step 1 of 6. Press Settings.
Step 2 of 6. Press Mobile Service.
Step 3 of 6. Press Mobile Data Options.
Step 4 of 6. Press Voice & Data.
Step 5 of 6. Press the required network mode. ...

...

and make sure roaming mobile data isnon

In the Settings app, tap Cellular or Cellular Data. Then:

If your device has a single SIM card or eSIM, turn on Cellular Data, then tap Cellular Data Options.

If your device uses Dual SIM or Dual eSIM, turn on Cellular Data, tap the number you want to modify, then tap Cellular Data Options.

Turn on Data Roaming.

I tried AT&T and T Mobile. I don't know where to find 4g or lte

@Jack_G1 can you confirm which network you tried??

and you changed the network to 4G or LTE??

I tried connecting to both and neither one works. It's pretty frustrating.

@Jack_G1 did you buy the $30 US roaming bundle??

does data work?? or just voice an issue?

Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile/AT&T coverage and whether you can connect successfully onto either network.

If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile/AT&T, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select and test both T-Mobile and AT&T and see which one you can connect.

If your issue is with data, make sure your Roaming Mobile data is enabled and you have disabled your mobile data limiter.  Also change your network mode to 4G (and don't try 5G until you can connect and works on 4G)

If your issue is with voice, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting.  And if it does not work, try to change the Network to T-Mobile ONLY, and change  Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls go through.
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data  is working

Which add-on did you purchase, make sure it's the USA roaming one.

On a side note, if you travel to US often, then this $34-50GB-Canada-USA plan is awesome. No need to buy any add-ons if you are on that plan.

@Jack_G1  Which add on did you get?  Could you have accidentally purchased the long distance US calling add on instead of a US roaming add on?

It says the call can't be completed because we've used all available minutes

@Jack_G1

which area code you are trying to call?

reboot your phone first, make the call by putting a 1 in front of the 10 digits and try again
