Add-on purchase not showing on account

Hi PM support,

I've purchased 500 min Canada talk and 1GB add-on for my parents, but it's not showing up on the account, I am wondering why this is?

No PM support here; only us, customers like yourself.

 

Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.

  1. Add funds to your PM account: Any funds to buy add-ons come from your balance, so manually add funds to your available balance first.
  2. Buy Add-On: You will actually buy the add-on after you add funds to your account or else you won't have funds to actually buy the add-on. Funds to buy add-on come from Your account (after adding funds in step #1) and not directly from your credit card.

If you did everything as mentioned above and still do not see your add-ons, contact agent for assistance:

@jkao  First this is not support. The forums are all customers like you trying to help.

 

Add-ons are a two step process.

 

1- add money to account

2- buy the add-on.

 

Maybe you just did step one? Is the funds in your balance?

 

 If so now go buy the add-ons.
