Hi.

I lost my sim card from a return trip and I need to update my account for a new SIM card that I got

Thanks for the support.

After using a computer I was able to get this done

@MarCut hi go into your self serve account go to the far right to quick links, you can change sim there

Please log into your Self Serve account by loading selfserve.publicmobile.ca.  Go to the Profile area and there will be an option to change your SIM card.
