Do NOT purchase PM Add Ons they do not work and you can’t get a refund

Getting an add-on is confusing until you do it a couple times.

First make sure you have enuff $$ in Available Funds for the add-on you want.

Then click on Purchase Add-on for the menu and select the add-on you want.

Once it's been added successfully, it should work right away.

The PM site says “Resolved!” but NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. Can’t even find the solution, just keep getting useless information about “ How to purchase Add Ons - I have already purchased the Add Ons what I need is help getting them to work. Have an iOS device and changed APN but do not know where the rest of the information stuff PM gave me to change on my phone. It says that the carrier here in Hawaii is T Mobile but PM says it’s AT&T but even when I change all of this in Settings = Still bubpkas, nada, not working

Did you get the correct add-on ? For use in USA, you need the 10 Day US Roaming add-on options. Is that what you see when you log into your account / My Data and Add-ons ?

Make sure that Roaming is enabled in Settings. (You shouldn't have to fiddle with APN on your iphone.)

You can manually select either of AT&T or T-mobile...whichever works best where you are.

Somebody must have accidently clicked on the "accept as solution" button for that to show. Very few people here can actually do that. I've removed the solution.

 

As for the APN settings, you need the Public Mobile APN settings, and not those of either AT&T or T-Mobile.
