Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

@kidea - if you activated a new sim card, were you charged on your credit/debit card for the plan activation?

If so, then, log into your My Account and confirm you status is Active.

 

If status is Active, are you receiving any error messages on your phone?

  • remove the SIM card and try it into another phone to see it if works
  • Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
  • check that your phone is not locked to the previous provider
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings

Try rebooting your phone by powering it off then power back on. Just hold down the power button then turn it off.

You're going to have to be way more descriptive for anybody to help you.

Adding - in case you're being bombarded by referral codes, those people are violating the rules of the place by giving it without first being asked.
