I am new customer, new sim, activated account. Not able to activate phone number. Did not receive message from old carrier

hi @Reward12 no need to get a new carrier , get a new number is sufficient

Public mobile is good with great support via message and great community support

@Reward12 - Only the " Gen AI " worked once since the accouncement of the ChatBot being fixed.

They "Claim" that they are using Open AI's model of Chat GPT 3.5 with answers from early 2022.

@Lanabanana17 - Most but not all phone numbers can be ported, please check here if your number can be ported into PM (Koodo Checker)
