Tried yo get a subscription. Paid only to be told my phone using compatible the e Sim.

Now I xant get out of the subscription, can't order a Sim, can't send a ticket. Money already  taken from my card and I can't get any help from the fast, can't contact the company

It would be quicker to pickup a SIM from a Telus/Koodo store ($10) or order from Amazon ($4.99).

When you have the SIM, login to your account an switch the eSIM to the SIM so DON’T activate/subscribe a second plan or you will be paying for 2 plans.
