just text?  you sure you are receiving incoming calls?  Even people in other carriers like Rogers?

Likely your porting was not completed  I will send you the porting team number to your community inbox.  Please call them

@Kaipham  Have you rebooted  the phone ? Can also try resetting network settings see if that helps also . Just know that doing this will erase and wifi passwords you may have so you have to re enter  them and re lair and Bluetooth devices you have connected
