Activation not working

Almost 24 hours since activating but no service yet. Porting from Koodo

Hi. Try reseating the phone card. Take it out and then put it back in. Make sure it is the right side up . Then reboot your phone. This should work. Wait 20 mins.

you  ever try the sim card in another phone?

if you re using esim , check Sim Manager and see if the esim is there and if it is enabled or "Turn on this line"

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
