Hi all. Already got a sim card and tried to activate it, however no luck. Tried few times and the problem was the same all the times - credit/debit card can not be verified. Bank says they're good and credit card as well. I believe that was step five(payment) out of six. I have number from over provider(chatr) and tried to port it right away. Thanks in advance.

 Don't cancel your current service before switching to pm Your phone number must be active in order to move itHave it at hand. Have your phone, an invoice from your current service provider and if possible, your service agreement handy when you move your number. Just to be safe, you should review your existing service agreement to find out what charges might applyDon't delegate. Only the authorized account holder can transfer a number

Have you cleared your browser's cache/cookies?   That might fix it.  Otherwise reachout to a Admin and get them to activate it for you, as there might be a glitch in the system
