Activation and Eversafe

My friend bought a PM SIM card. It’s for a Samsung A71. He put his SIM card in. Then created an account. For verification he punched in his new PM number. But his phone can’t receive messages yet as it is not activated yet. 
Now he’s trying everything but can’t log into PM because the verification code doesn’t arrive. He’s in a loop and can’t get his phone activated. He can receive calls though. He can’t call or send/receive texts. 

I had to ask this question in the community because he can’t log in.

Please help. Thanks!

he can tap resend code a few times or put in the wrong number and it will eventually give the option to send the code to the registered email address upon activation.

@Erick66  has he tried rebooting the phone ?  Try tapping  resend code a few times . You should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck . Please submit ticket with support to help
