I have recently subscribed to new promotional plan of $34 50Gb Can-US but while actiavating my accoun in Public Mobile I picked number transfer from Koodo which I think cannot happend until we get a temporary number and then transfer. But now my activation is stuck and cannot do anything on my App. I chose eSIM option and while activating I didnt get any option of downloading a eSIM.
What do It do?

So I do not have a qr code that I can scan to setup the esim. I downloaded the app, it is now stuck on step 6 of 6, stating "Subscription not activated"
I am also not getting an option for a PM sim when I chewck cellular section in ios settings.
I am stuck at the moment, cant download esim, no qr code available, app not going forward or backwards to another step. Need solution

I did not get a QR code in my welcome email, it only asks for downloding PM App.

@RehanIkram Check your welcome email for the QR code and install also check your sim manger in phone setting and make sure PM sim is enabled / set to primary
