Hi there
I have a problem with activation of my sim card during which I entered the wrong number for IMEI. I got charged but putting over the number for activation failed, what need to do now?

You only need to input the IMEI when you are porting over to PM as noted by others.
If you are porting over and if the IMEI is incorrect, just contact the CSAgent by clicking on the SIMon chat button and type in create a ticket.

i suggest you can try it for a different Browser
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

Are you trying to port a phone number to Public Mobile? IMEI is not part of the activation process, and even if you did use it for the purposes of number porting, and incorrect IMEI would not cause activation failure (Public doeen't know that it's right or wrong until the other carrier responds).
Is any of your Public Mobile service working?

@Mabolla you enter the wrong IMEI for porting request? There is a number you can call to talk to the Porting team and they will advise. I will private message you the number. Check the Community inbox, envelope icon on top right
