How can I get into my account if my email doesn't work any more

If unable to submit a ticket, then send a private message to CS_Agent using link provided or here:  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

The email address you used for your account is just login credentials. It can be a fake address. It can be expired. It can be deleted. It's just used for login. The problem is if you forget your password. But there's a texting option for that. If your service is suspended though then that won't work. Then you would need the support people to change your email address or reset your password.
