I already have an existing account and phone number but am unable to access it and need to get this figured out easily or will have to switch to another provider

@hobbieSubmit a ticket through the orange envelope looking tab at the lower right of your screen to get answers. Type your request and choose the options that applies to you.

did you create the required Eversafe credentials ? If you're getting close to renewal time, you can get payment vouchers at 7/11 , London Drugs or Shell gas even...then dial 611 to add them to your account for renewal.
