My account has been suspended for non payment ....I thought I was on auto-pay with my credit card. I tried to do a manual payment but it says that 'I have enough balance' ???? Please help.
If I am not set up for auto-pay any more please help me set that up again. Thank you

I had 2 renewal errors when I started here. 1st renewal was a change from 30 day cycle to 90 day cycle. 2nd was from old $120 plan to Promo $120 plan in 2016.
Has been fine ever since.... but I’ve also not made any plan changes either.

I just stay away from the account and let the system do its thing. This has never failed me yet.

same thing happened to me, Mods offered to change my plan but that is not what is needed.
