My eldrly father does not have any information about his account. We need to update his creditcard on his account. How do I do that?

You need to log into the self serve account. Username is the email used.
If he can't get in. Then he has to contact Moderators.
Two ways to reach them.
Or private message them at link below
They will ask many questions to confirm the person is who they say they are.
If you can get into the account...click payment then manage credit card

If you know what email his account was set up with, try doing a password reset after using forgot password with that email. You can try this link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
