Payment is processed and charged on my credit card as usual, I have automatic payments for almost 2 years, but since yesterday I don't have any service so I checked my account and there is a notification that my account is on hold because I didn't pay!!! how do they solve this?

There seems to be a glitch on AutoPay. Just login to your account and enable Subscribed button (AutoPay).
Normally you will get notice for suspension on your account on the day before your renewal date but service will continue. In this case, you just ignore the suspension notice.
You need to make a manual payment to restore service on your account and AutoPay will continue for the following months.
Remember to reboot your phone after payment has been made.
