Account locked, cant update payment method as email has changed

So, i have a problem. I tried updating my email for my account the other day, but therewas no option to change email, but i was still able to authenticate my account via sms, bit forgot to switch off the  2 step authentication. I have switched emails, so my email is no longer active, and my account is suspended, but cant get into my account as it,s trying to send an email for me to authenticate. How do i switch emails without being able to get into my account.?

Hi to change/reset account email you need the help of a service rep if simon won't work foryou use option 2
