We have 2 accounts with PM, mine and my husbands. When he tries to log in it says account locked due to too many attempts. Even after only 1 attempt it says this. Tried to change his password but still locked out. Help...

Tried deleting your history/cache in your browser setting. It should fixed your log-in problems

At this point only @CS_Agent can help you. Have to be very patient. Send them a message and wait till they reply.

since you have 2 accounts, better to use different browsers or use Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser to login
