Account doesn't match community details .

Since switching to the new system my account correctly  shows loyalty 2 years - but Community shows only a couple of weeks.

@Old4  You just need to contact support to get your old community ID back .

@Old4   i believe that was because you were using a different community profile and id.  

it was a issue since a new Community/My Account upgrade.  it is an easy fix for PM support to give you back your old Community profile and ID.  If you remember your old Community id name, open a ticket with PM support by message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
